Delivery & Return

Shipping Options:

  • Standard shipping: £2.95 or FREE on orders over £50*. Delivery typically takes 2-4 working days.
  • Tracked shipping: £4.50 or FREE on orders over £50. Orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days.
  • Express shipping: £5.99 or FREE on orders over £120. Delivery within 1-2 days.

Returns:

  • You have a 30-day window to return your order, provided it remains unopened and unused.
  • We will issue a full refund within 5 working days after receiving the returned item.
  • For a hassle-free return, kindly contact us.
  • If you are returning a product due to a change of preference, you will be responsible for any postage costs associated with the return.

Damaged and Faulty Items:

  • If a product is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • We will then proceed with either a replacement or a refund.

Featuring an aluminium alloy body and all-new brushless technology, plus a stainless-steel handpiece with Japanese bearings, the Halo E-File offers a silent, cool operation with zero vibration and is ideal to both salon and mobile techs!

With adjustable speeds of up to 40,000 RPM, and two rotational directions, it's a real pleasure to use for both client and tech, with a torque of 4.9 N.cm.

Features quick rechargeable battery (4 hours) and long battery life (10 hours*) for those long and busy days in the salon.
